Driver's License Restoration

The Pennsylvania Vehicle Code  authorizes the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to suspend a driver's operating privilege for a variety of reasons.  Some of the more common reasons for a suspension are failing to respond to a citations, driving with a suspended license, being convicted of a crime that carries a mandatory license suspension, for underage drinking and for the accumulation of too many points.  Additionally, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation can even suspend the a driver's operating privilege even if that driver no longer has a Pennsylvania license and instead has a license from another state.
